Parts and labour warranty

Each part sold or repaired by PROLCDS comes with a 2-year warranty for new parts, and a 3-month warranty for used or reconditioned parts. However, our parts are all 99.9% new and of A+ quality, otherwise you will of course be notified.

A problem with your repair / purchase ? You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. Make a return request from your Customer space. We will then treat your request carefully.

What does the warranty cover? 

Your 2-year warranty covers you against any defect in the slab (stains, pixels, and other malfunctions,...) causing a display problem. You will then have to return your part (for a purchase of single parts), or your device (assembly carried out in the workshop) to us for checks, and change of slab if necessary.




Returns of goods

You have just received your order, but it is not suitable ? Don't worry, just make a return request from detail of your order. An RMA return number will be assigned to you in order to return your order to us. An exchange or refund will be issued upon receipt of your return.


When can I return my order? You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. Make sure you protect the goods as well as possible. We will not be able to process your return in case of broken, damaged or damaged parts during transport.

Free return postage (metropolitan France only, and excluding islands not connected by a bridge) within 14 calendar days (Monday to Sunday) from the date of delivery, and upon issuance of a credit note. In the event of a refund or retraction, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
