Your order will be delivered within 1 to 5 days depending on the delivery method chosen (unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet). The delivery of your package will be made by private carrier such a DHL, Chronopost, Relai PickUp, ou Colissimo. We send our products in packaging suitable for the transport of fragile computer parts.
Delivery times are indicated in working days, from Monday to Friday. All validated orders (parts in stock and paid) before 15H will be shipped the same day.
For an economic delivery:
The cost of transport is fixed according to the following scale:
- 5,90€ in France (Free from 80€) in Chronopost pickup point
For Express delivery:
Shipping cost is fixed according to the following range:
- 9,90€ France by DHL
- 12,90€ France by Chronopost
- From 12,90€ (worldwide) by DHL
Orders with workshop assembly
When you place your order, you will have the choice of assembling your part alone, or entrusting this task to our workshop technicians. In the case of an order with workshop assembly, you must send us your device to the address that we will communicate to you at the end of your order. It is your responsibility to take the necessary protection for the packaging of your device. Your device will be returned to you once repaired, according to the following transport schedule:
Fixed price transport:
All-inclusive return shipping by DHL + Pickup. A transport voucher will be sent to you by email for your shipment.

Packaging and protection
We are aware of the fragility of our products, so we ship our orders in packaging and with the appropriate protection (bubble wrap, reinforced packaging,...). However, we remain at your disposal if you notice a problem during your delivery.
When ordering with mounting, make sure that your device is sufficiently protected for transport. Indeed, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during the outward journey of your package.
For deliveries outside European Union, DOM/TOM, and for the rest of the world, customs fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the importer and will be payable to the carrier. Shipments to the European Union take advantage of the free movement of goods, and will not be subject to any import duties or other taxes.
